1. Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1-2 business days after payment confirmation.
Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed on the next working day.

2. Shipping Methods & Delivery Time

Standard Shipping (Within India): 5–7 business days
Express Shipping (Optional): 2–4 business days
International Shipping (If applicable): 7–15 business days (delivery times may vary by country)

3. Shipping Charges

Shipping charges will be calculated at checkout based on your location and order weight.
Free shipping may be available on promotional offers or orders above a certain value.

4. Order Tracking

Once your order is shipped, you will receive an email/SMS with a tracking number.
You can track your order using our courier partner’s tracking page.

5. Delays & Issues

We are not responsible for shipping delays caused by courier partners, natural disasters, strikes, or incorrect shipping details provided by the customer.
If your order is delayed beyond 15 days (India) or 30 days (International), please contact our support team for assistance.

6. Damaged or Lost Packages

If your order arrives damaged, please report it to us within 48 hours of delivery with photos/videos.
In case of lost shipments, we will work with the courier service to resolve the issue.
